Jeremiah Worthington
Over the last 20+ years of my career, I have been partnering with leaders on optimizing their businesses. In those years, I have worked for companies like General Electric (GE), GMAC Financial, Ally Bank, and CIOX Health. I have also worked with other private equity led companies, credit unions and small businesses. As the transformation and change leader, I have led hundreds of business optimization and operational excellence initiatives across the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, and the Philippines. I have personally trained over 1000 people worldwide on operational excellence principles, methodologies, and tools. I have a Business degree from the University of California — Riverside and an MBA from California State University — San Bernardino

Eric Gerdes
I have always had a passion to make things better! I have spent the bulk of my career doing so, from creating mail merge programs in my very first “real job” to leading multi-million dollar projects that created tangible operational and financial improvements. I have been fortunate enough to work for strong, successful companies such as General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), Owens Corning and Ally Financial, where high performance and real results were embedded in the culture. As a senior leader in Finance, Risk, Operations and Compliance, I have represented multiple perspectives of numerous strategic initiatives which provides for a balanced understanding of the impacts each decision can have to the organization. I have had the opportunity to lead or participate in hundreds of projects and initiatives throughout my career that have resulted in large sales, large acquisitions, improved pricing methodologies, reliable budgeting and forecasting, improved operational efficiency and real bottom line enhancements. I have a Business degree from Winona State University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
