Founding Partner
Eric has extensive experience in financial analysis, operations management, and strategic development, having held leadership positions at Ally Financial, Owens Corning, and in private equity. He has consistently driven efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth for his companies and clients. His exceptional leadership skills have significantly enhanced team productivity and operational efficiency. Holding a business degree from Winona State University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Eric exemplifies lifelong learning and decisive action.
Jeremiah Worthington
Founding Partner
Jeremiah Worthington brings over 20 years of experience in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing to Endurium, driving significant operational improvements at companies like General Electric and CIOX Health. His expertise in leading global initiatives has consistently delivered savings and efficiencies. Holding a Business degree and an MBA from California State universities, Jeremiah’s approach is deeply rooted in practical strategies and collaborative success.

At the helm of operations and growth, Evan has a prestigious track record with industry leaders such as Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Ally Financial Services. With expertise that spans from boosting bottom lines to advising emerging firms worldwide, his strategic initiatives have consistently yielded breakthroughs in automation and client services. His competency in driving both organic growth and strategic acquisitions is matched by a profound impact on the P&Ls of top-tier organizations.
Kathryn Bentley
Kathryn brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with leadership roles at Canon, GE Capital, and Ally Financial. Her extensive expertise covers Sales, Operations, and Process Excellence, allowing her to seamlessly integrate with clients and drive impactful change. Kathryn's diverse background and strategic insight make her a key contributor to any team. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Michigan University.
Lee McCarty
A seasoned senior executive, Lee spent 30 years in financial services, retiring as Executive Vice President at Ally Financial before founding L. G. McCarty Consulting, LLC. Specializing in operational transformations, consulting private businesses, executive coaching, and advisory work with University MBA finance programs, Lee hold a BS in Business Management, minor in Economics, and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Andrew Sivulka
Andrew Sivulka brings nearly 2 decades of experience developing new business, leading complex projects, and managing cross functional teams. Having spent much of his career with world class organizations like Ford, Lear, and Northrop Grumman, he has found a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses achieve the same high performance. Andrew’s engineering background (BSEE and MSEE from Auburn University) and highly collaborative client-first approach ensures Endurium’s clients’ needs are fully understood and cared for.
Matt Downs
Matt Downs has over 30 years of experience in finance and healthcare, specializing in risk management, operations, and sales across organizations of various sizes. Known for his customer-centric approach, Matt excels in building long-lasting and meaningful relationships. He holds a degree in Finance and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University.
Evan Gerdes
Evan brings a robust background in data driven decision making, honed through extensive reporting, analytics, and financial modeling work. He has successfully led the operations and finance aspects of hundreds of commercial development and construction projects, leveraging his expertise to drive efficiency and profitability in every endeavor. Additionally, he has provided financial reporting and forecasts to investors along the way. Evan holds a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Isabella Houchins
Isabella Houchins applies a strong focus on operations and client relations at Endurium LLC. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, her extensive experience in streamlining business processes and implementing technology solutions drives efficiency and effectiveness for clients. Known for her problem-solving skills and commitment to clear communication, Isabella consistently delivers impactful results, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring successful project outcomes. As a fast learner with strong adaptability skills, she quickly navigates new challenges and continuously enhances her ability to meet client needs.
Missy Hose
Missy Hose is an accomplished Operations Leader and Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in Loss Mitigation and Loan Servicing. At Ally Financial, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to managing highly regulatory accounts, including SCRA, Bankruptcy, and Replevin. Her approach to operations is methodical and solution-driven, focusing on identifying problems, determining their root causes, and implementing the most effective solutions.
Jeff Teucke
Jeff Teucke previously led sales and marketing teams for several companies including Siemens Financial Services, EverBank Commercial Finance and AT&T Capital. His insights into how process renewal frees up trapped value comes from having seen the tangible benefits from inside these same firms. Jeff holds a BBA with a major in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and advanced executive courses from NYU and Duke.
Dave Ludy
David Ludy brings extensive expertise in education leadership and business development. With roles such as Director of PLC and Learning, Middle School Principal, Director of Instruction, and business development he excels in implementing PLC processes, facilitating professional and business development, and enhancing learning outcomes. David's background includes coaching administrators and teachers nationwide, conducting impactful presentations, and overseeing business development. His commitment to fostering collaborative environments and driving educational and business excellence underscores his strategic approach to business development in various settings.
Garrett Page
Garrett Page has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry starting at Packard Bell in the 90s and has worked for many years with companies such as Intel and Hewlett Packard. Garrett has many years of experience leading teams of disparate groups and achieving results. He studied Applied Physics at the University of California Davis.
Krissy Regnier
Krissy Regnier brings over ten years’ experience in client and relationship management with experience in healthcare operations and communications. She transformed the customer experience for start-up companies as well as large regional employers. Providing a client experience that is second to none is her mission. Holding a bachelor's degree in commerce from DePaul University and a Doctorate from National University of Health Sciences, Krissy is committed to education and driving business change.
Michelle Formanczyk
Michelle Formanczyk is a Learning and Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing operations. Her certifications in Learning Design for Sustainability and Shingo Cultural Excellence further inform her innovative approach to creating and nurturing environments for growth. Michelle’s expertise in fusing modern neuroscience with a learning laboratory aesthetic ensures transformative educational journeys for a diverse range of clients. Michelle holds a BA from Oakland University in Political Science and General Business Management.
